RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Jewelry Returns:

Jewelry: Jewelry that has not been customized may be returned within 72 hours of receipt. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in new, unused, and resellable condition. Please note, any jewelry that has been worn or altered is non-returnable.
Clothing and Accessories:

Clothing & Accessories (Non-Customized): We offer a 30-day return window for all non-customized clothing and accessories. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Underwear, Intimates, Swimwear & Shoes: For hygiene reasons, all underwear, intimates, swimwear, and shoes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Artwork Returns: Artwork may be returned within 15 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, including all original packaging. If the artwork shows signs of wear or damage, no refund will be issued.

Digital Products (Courses, Ebooks, etc.): All digital sales such as courses, ebooks, and digital media are non-returnable. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
Services:

Life Coaching and Consultations: All services provided are non-refundable, and a deposit is required upon booking. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we allow a one-time rescheduling grace period. After one reschedule, if the session is missed, the deposit will be non-refundable.
